All About Santa Claus

As kids we were taught, depending on our country of birth and education, that, whether Santa Claus, Father Christmas, the Magi, Saint Nicholas, and others, were those who brought us those Saint-Nicholas or Christmas gifts we used to get.

As children, we mostly believed in those characters and those legends had a very positive effect on our overall attitude throughout the year: we were wise kids. And so, we taught the same to our children who used to be as wise as possible all over the year; expecting to get the toys they dreamed of.

However, as time goes by and as kids evolve and leave childhood they begin to not believe in Santa Claus, Father Christmas, the Magi, Saint Nicholas, or whatever you call the one who brings gifts to your house once a year, any more.

Santa Claus/Father Christmas has a very special power which allows him to become as thin as a sheet of paper so that he is able to enter any type of chimney.

So, because we're currently on a site that relates to Christmas, why would grownups stop believe in Santa Claus or Father Christmas? Do you belive in Santa? I do! Not just because I run a Christmas site but because I really enjoy the very special and fairy holiday season atmosphere; which wouldn't be the same if suddenly, Santa Claud or Father Christmas wasn't entirely part of the traditions.

And if you're like me, you surely believe it is true because...

Santa Claus/Father Christmas and his wife do not live in the North Pole but somewhere in a Scandinavian area as this is the area their legend was born.

Santa Claus/Father Christmas owns a toy manufacture where elves create those amazing toys which Santa uses to bring to your children on Christmas Day.

The most well-known of these elves are: Flying Snowball, Professor Tiny, Lookout Fellow, Medic Al, Helpin Hands and Ken Do-It-All.

Santa Claus/Father Christmas has a breeding of reindeers which pull his sleigh on Christmas evening so that Santa can get the kids their gifts for them to find on Christmas Day.

Santa's reindeers are extremely popular and, with Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer - the most popular of Father Christmas' reindeers whose nose is known to light the sky on Christmas Night.

Santa Claus also owns: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen.

Santa Claus reads all letters and cards sent by kids before Christmas. This task is quite demanding and keeps Father Christmas occupied all year long; which is the reason why we can't see him any other day of the year.

In addition, Santa transfers each and every letter he gets to the appropriate department of his toy manufacture for the elves to produce the toys asked by children.

Santa Claus' sleigh is a magic sleigh: while it looks quite small, it is in reality a sleigh that can contain all the toys kids all around the world asked to Father Christmas - and they're by the millions!

Santa Claus has a list on which he writes the names of the kids who were nice during the year as well as another list on which he writes the names of the naughty kids.

What does that mean?

The naughty kids list is the one that reminds Father Christmas to not bring toys and gifts to naughty kids. However, because he's a nice guy, Father Christmas always ends up getting gifts to not so wise children.

So, here's all what you had to learn about Santa Claus. Pass it on to your children, enhance this story, add your own personlized anecdotes and create your own Santa Claus or Father Christmas real story. Above all, try to convince your kids that wise children get better gifts than others. Happy Christmas!
